Romanians last year spent nearly 10 million euros for nights accommodation in Vienna. Vienna Tourism Statistics Association (Wien Tourismus) II ranks the Romans in 10th place in the world, with 272,000 nights of accommodation in Vienna, shortly after major markets like Germany, Austria, Italy, USA, UK, Spain, France, Switzerland and Russia. Romanian tourists have brought higher incomes than other countries in SE Vienna Europe or major markets like the Netherlands and northern European countries.
