Most loans granted through the "first house" are two bedroom apartments with areas ranging between 41 and 50 sqm, whose value is guaranteed 50-60.000 euros, according to data announced by the National Credit Guarantee Fund for NTERPRISE Small and Medium Enterprises (FNGCIMM).
