Planorama case expands in Cluj-Napoca
Construction Transylvania Cluj wants to increase capital by 7.8 million from 23.4 million lei to 31.2 million lei, by incorporation of part of the profits. Company would issue 236,507 new shares at a nominal value of 33 lei, which will be distributed to shareholders in virtue of the preference shown in GMS convocation sent Wednesday, the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE).
