ArcelorMittal has made a net profit of 2.38 billion dollars in the first half of this year, compared with a negative result of 1.85 billion dollars in the same period of 2009, while the sales have climbed from 30.3 billion to 40.3 billion U.S. dollars, informs Mediafax Business.
